Return Policy

  • You have a generous window of 30 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return or exchange for qualifying items.
  • To qualify, please ensure that the items are unused, unworn, and in pristine condition with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact.
  • Once we receive your returned items, our team will diligently inspect them to ensure they meet the criteria mentioned above.
  • In the event that the returned items qualify, we will promptly process your refund, reimbursing the original payment method, excluding any applicable shipping charges or additional fees.
  • If you are located in the United States, we will cover the shipping fees associated with your Return.
  • Alternatively, if you prefer an exchange, we will happily accommodate that based on availability. Exchanges can only be made for the same item in alternate sizes.
  • In the event that your exchange can not be completed due to unavailable stock, we will issue you a refund to the original payment method.
  • In the event that you prefer store credit, we will provide you with a Digital Gift Card via email.
  • If you encounter a defective or damaged item, please notify our customer support team immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue, and in some cases, we may request visual evidence to facilitate the return or exchange process.
  • Please note that gift cards, promotional items, and final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. We regret to inform you that original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
  • We kindly request your understanding that, for hygiene purposes, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on underwear, leggings, or any items that come into direct contact with the body.
